Students who could not attend the Preparatory Proficiency Exam administered on September 15, 2025, due to a valid reason and who enrolled in our University's preparatory program through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) must submit a written statement explaining their reason for absence (along with supporting documents, if applicable) within five business days following the exam, in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 4 of the Foreign Language Education, Teaching, and Examination Guidelines. (along with any supporting documents, if applicable) must submit a letter of excuse containing all student information, signed by hand or scanned and emailed to ydyo@tarsus.edu.tr or delivered to the Foreign Languages School Secretariat. Students whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative board will be granted a second proficiency exam opportunity. The proficiency excuse exam will be held on September 22, 2025 in the classrooms on the 2nd floor of Block A of our School.
